Recently had our ute in for repairs and couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. Professional and ahead of time. We couldn't be happier, the team was more than accommodating for our needs.
Even cleaned the car inside and out!

We had a small repair that needed to be done and dropped in to book in etc. They did the work then and there, and were on our way. Thanks to Craig! Amazing service and lovely people. Highly recommend!

The staff at Bundaberg Smash Repairs were absolutely amazing to help me out after I damaged my car and bought a stop to my travels to Cape York.
They bent over backwards to get the parts, sort the insurance claim and did an amazing repair job in a very short time.
If I could give them ten stars I would.
I highly recommend them.

I thought I was in for a trip to the Sunshine Coast or Brisbane to have my BMW’s cruise control/collision avoidance camera looked at after I bumped it a bit and it failed to work. Up steps Craig and Scott and the team and she’s as good as new. Attention to detail was excellent.

Absolutely outstanding service from Scott and the team at Bundaberg Smash Repairs! I arrived just after closing time expecting to have to come back another day, but Scott and the team went above and beyond to help me out. They not only took the time to look over the car and come up with a plan but made calls to other workshops as it was unable to be fixed in Bundy due to the damage done and it being an uncommon vehicle. Genuine, professional, and incredibly kind — these guys truly care about their customers. Highly recommend Bundaberg Smash Repairs to anyone wanting honest service!

Twice now Scott and his team has completed work on my car and twice now I am amazed at the excellent job they do. Their communication and professionalism is second to none. They return your car to you in perfect condition where they have fixed your issue and also detailed the entire car to return to you. No other place have I heard does that. It just shows the care they have for their customers cars. I can’t thank you guys enough for the great job that you did. If I ever need work done again I will definitely be back.

Amazing service. Came in for a quote after someone accidentally hit my car. Gentleman came out and was able to buff it out right then and there. Charged me nothing and told me to have a good day. Highly recommend excellent service

If every business had the same level of customer service as Bundaberg Smash Repairs, the world would be a much better place. Simply outstanding experience from the first phone call to driving away in my repaired vehicle. AAA+++

Great service and friendly staff.
Phoned in and they acknowledged straight away, called me a few days later with the part and fitted it instantly on the day I needed.

We were limited for time as we are "not quite grey nomads" passing through Bundy. Scott and his team did an excellent job, fitting us in, and got the job done as quickly as possible, even washed the car, which we really appreciated.
Top quality professional service, our Ram is back to what it was new!

Thank you 👍

Scott and his team are fantastic. We have had some very tricky repairs thanks to other drivers and he has always ensured 100% quality craftsmanship. We never go anywhere else for our repairs and if we could Bundaberg Smash Repairs a 10 we would.

I couldn't recommend Scott and the team anymore highly. They really helped me out on short notice, a few weeks out from moving away, after a wildlife interaction. They provided me with options and kept me up to date regularly.

Make sure these are the first people you go to see for any of your enquiries.

Thanks again for everything guys.

Went in and was greeted with a warm smile from the lady in the office. Within 15minutes damage car was photographed plus viewed by the repairer explaining the structural damage which was visible to him and preparing me for the worst if it would not be viable to repair. Within 3 days car was accessed and reports made to my insurance company. The service i received was professional and left me feeling I had found a smash repairer who were organised and had it all together unlike my previous experience with another smash repairer in town whom had me waiting 4 weeks and still no quote to my insurer.
I highly recommend Bundaberg Smash Repairs to any one needing work on their damaged vehicle. Thankyou to all the team at Bundaberg Smash Repairers.
